Event Planning, Coordinating and Conceptualization with Silva Sale Events

Many hours of work and planning takes place behind the scenes when it comes to pulling off a successful event. More time is spent preparing for an event, than the time for actual event to take place. It is important to know what is involved in coordinating and executing an event, in order to be able to make it a complete success.
Event Planning Introduction
When planning for an event, whether it is something extensive such as a product launch, exhibition, corporate sports day or something smaller such as a conference, a gala event or a team building event, there is a need for thought planning that then needs to be put into action.
Firstly a suitable date needs to be set aside. A few options to begin with can then be narrowed down and a final selection made.
Secondly a suitable venue needs to be decided upon. The venue needs to have adequate space, parking, security, and the necessary facilities for the event to take place in. Contingency plans for inclement weather and other eventualities also need to be taken into consideration.

Silva Sale Events is able to offer Jewish clientele a fully fledged Kosher Kitchen with their catering currently outsourced to Shelly Geffen Catering. We are also fully adept to meeting Muslim customer requirements and have direct access to recognised Halaal caterers on request.
