RAF - Royal Air Force

A luncheon where all attendees have been part of the royal air force. Hosted at the Wanderers Club once a month. They have an annual lunch which is called the Battle of Britain where aircrafts consisting of a P51 mustang will fly over the Wanderers Club to pay tribute to the fellow 936 pilots who fell in the war.

Travel Bags

A non profit organization that meets monthly to raise money for various deserving charities. All guests are from the travel and hospitality industry. Silvasale Events is proud to venue sponsor the yearly October lunches. Lunches have been sponsored by Champagne Ski Travel, Fancourt Hotels and Rani Resorts.

SAIEE - South African Institute of Electrical Engineering

South African Institute of Electrical Engineering, host an annual awards dinner for 400 people that are members of SAIEE as well as the employees of the company.

Witwatersrand Business School – Manex Awards

Wanderers Club and Silvasale Events has been the proud events managers for the Management Excellence Awards since 2007, concentrating on food and wine paring, the decor and the audio visual effects.

Manex, hosted by Witwatersrand Business School and sponsored by Standard Bank is yearly awards events that pays tribute to Management Excellence, with past winners including Brian Joffe, Maria Romos and Johann Rupert.

Italian Chambers of Commerce

Annual Business Awards for the Italian - South African Chamber of Trade and Industries FNB Business Excellence Awards, they have huge give aways and prizes such as the new Alpha Gilletta as this is an Italian made vehicle. FNB is a huge sponsor and having celebrity MC Shasha Martinego (FM DJ).

The Islamic Finance host a function in the Ballroom every year. The function is entirely Halaal catered for by our supplier Adeel Siath.

Wines can be bought through the Makro Sip & Shop at show prices. Antiques Fair hosted by The South African Antique Dealers Association

Wanderers Club and SilvaSale Events are the preferred venue for the yearly Antique Fair in Johannesburg, usually taking place in October of each year. The South African Antique Dealers Association was founded in 1963 with the specific aim to further the interests of antique dealers and collectors. There are 50 members based in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban and all SAADA members have a proven reputation. Purchasing from a SAADA member assures authenticity. A written guarantee will be supplied on request.

All African Games – Mozambique

Silvasale events , in conjunction with French Corner, were the caterers for the All Africa Games in Mozambique 2011. Silvasale Events catered for an excess of 8 000 athletes and volunteers daily, three meals a day. This has reinforced that SilvaSale Events are a caterer that can undertake any job, no matter how big or how small the event.

Ascis - Monthly Financial Planning Club

The club takes the form of monthly presentations held in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and Pretoria. The presentations are held from 6 - 7pm and aim to educate you on a broad range of personal finance, financial planning and investment-related issues.

The presentations are not designed to enable you to develop your own financial and investment plan, but rather to assist you to properly interact with a professional financial planner. We believe that if you are equipped with sufficient knowledge, you’ll be able to identify a financial planner who will treat you as an individual. After all, financial planning should primarily be about you and not about your money.

Insurance Institute of Gauteng

The Insurance Institute of Gauteng (The IIG) is an association not for gain, established to serve the interests of the insurance community in Gauteng. Its primary aim is to provide a vibrant and effective networking platform for the employees of Insurance Companies and Brokers operating in the province. The IIG is proud of its role in supporting the community. It provides student bursaries and supports various charities. It also works closely with the Insurance Institute of SA.
